Last Month in Yake (March/2010)

The site software along with the content has been migrated from Joomla to Dokuwiki. The layout along with the content is very similar to the original site, most links are properly redirected (incl. rss feeds). You may notice that the Wiki content has been reduced to a minimum. We'll use the opportunity to filter out out-dated information.

Besides some general refactoring and cleanup, the following interesting changes have taken place in the code base. Note, that the property2 code is still in flux - but scheduled for inclusion in release 0.9.

Features

• added library property2
  Introduces a new object/entity system. It's in a very early stage and not complete yet. More details will follow along with the release.
• added property2 components
  Basically, components (and their properties) are the building blocks of objects in the object/entity system introduced by property2.
• library qt: Helpers for centering windows on primary screen.
• added demos for library property2

Bugfixes

• plugin graphicsOgre: fixed code path using pre-created window (e.g. for embedding in Qt or MFC applications)
