Pre-Release Dependencies Packages

Again, the dependencies packages have been updated. The major difference is the upgrade to use the latest stable release of Luabind (0.8).

Until the final release, the packages are only available in this news entry.

The release will be out as soon as the remaining Linux related issues are fixed.
