Use a viewport and camera to watch an area

cVP = getGraphicalWorld()->createCamera();
cVP->setPosition(Vector3(200,100,400));
cVP->lookAt(Vector3(0,100,0));

graphics::IViewport* pVP = getGraphicalWorld()->createViewport( cVP ); //create viewport for mini-cam
//Dimensions of viewport ( offset 0-1, offset 0-1, width 0-1, height 0-1 ) 0-1 = percentages
pVP->setDimensions( .8,.8,.2,.2 ); //sets viewport in lower right corner
//The Z value must be higher than the default viewport to be on top, the default is 111
